Shipping Policy

VINTEEVA processes orders as quickly as possible after purchase. Please allow us 3-5 business days to process your made-to-order items. Processing times may vary depending on demand, but customers will receive tracking information once orders are shipped.

We currently ship to U.S. locations using trusted carriers, including USPS and UPS. Shipping and delivery times take about 1-5 business days, depending on your location. VINTEEVA is not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders sent to incorrect addresses due to user error are not guaranteed for replacement or refund.

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are considered final unless otherwise stated. VINTEEVA accepts returns or exchanges only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery (as stated on the website or order confirmation). Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition to be eligible for return.

We do not accept returns for sizing issues, buyer’s remorse, or general preference changes unless otherwise stated during special promotions or drops.

Approved returns will be processed using the original payment method or, if available, exchanged for the correct item.
